Hello, I’m Maria

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in West Cork. I am delighted to welcome new clients to my newly renovated space just a one minute drive from Newcestown village in a beautiful rural setting, conveniently located for clients travelling from Bandon, Ballincollig, Clonakilty, Dunmanway and the surrounding areas. I am also available to conduct sessions online for clients across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

I endeavour to create a warm, comfortable space where you can explore thoughts, feelings and patterns that may no longer serve you. I combine evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, collaborative style to help you make sense of, and cope better with life’s challenges.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, follow your pace, and are grounded in respect, confidentiality and empathy.
